Why a quick jaunt across the road can be an invaluable addition to your training.

With great power comes great responsibility right? When we find ourselves in a position of power, how we use that power matters. How we wield our power will translate to the team we lead and interact with and how they go on to treat other people as well.

While we had lots of fun thinking and creating alongside students from Hwa Chong Institution and other secondary schools like Juying Secondary School, the students also gave us plenty of food for thought about the issues they care most about, and how we can best empower them to be change-makers. Here are just some of the things we learnt from them!

Education can exist in many forms. Education teaches you how to navigate yourself in the system that you're in. Other countries have very different cultures and systems and they simply work differently. So should we teach English to the 'poor' communities? Whats the unintended consequence of that?
