In partnership with Biosphere Foundation, travel to the heart of the island of Bali, live in the middle of a national park that straddles the forest and the ocean, and gain a hands-on education in what it means to be a globally-aware steward of the environment - all while immersing yourself in the outdoors, from hiking in monsoon forests to snorkelling off a sacred island off Bali.  

SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE & ARCHITECTURE - Bali, Indonesia

In partnership with Five Pillars Experiences, travel to the central of Bali and explore how some communities managed to preserve and protect their way of life that respects the essence of sustainability despite overdevelopment and exploitative practices. In this course, we will focus on sustainable agricultural practices and architecture where existing resources in the community are leveraged for social innovation and ultimately, community benefit.
