PERKS
Work at your favourite roasters, by the beach, at Ya Kun, or anywhere you like every Tuesday and Thursday! In fact, our remote working Thursdays are mandatory and prepared us for COVID-19. We like to think of it as some form of national service, in reducing train congestion. (Also, you will only have to think of what to wear to work three times a week!)
Appear at the office in your weekday best- if it’s a casual pair of shorts and a t-shirt, we don’t mind at all! We won’t bat an eyelid even if you show up in the same outfit all the time (unless we begin to smell...smells).
We enjoy having fun together too - once every quarter, our amazing welfare department organises fun activities that the team gets to do together, outside of the office. We even get to vote for the team bonding activities we want to do, from Escape Rooms to Board Games and even Ninja Warrior courses!
Place. We’re a five-mins walk from Bugis or Bras Basah MRT! No matter your dietary needs, there’s always affordable and authentic hawker fare around us in the heart of Bugis area, not to forget, Bubble Tea, anytime!
Our People are what truly matters. We have Readers, Repairers, Rescue Divers, Fermenters, Crafters, and Really charismatic people*. Extraverts and Introverts. We all come with different experiences and backgrounds, but what unites us is the desire to do deeply meaningful work that helps us grow together, not kill us.
*Comes with quite a bit of drama too, like it or not.
Basically, it won’t be just a job. If you’ve always wanted to support a good cause, this will be a great opportunity to fulfill that desire! And you can tell that we are also seriously fun.
