Terms and Conditions for Thoughtful Trails and Conscious Conversations (TTCC)

  1. Due to the heavily subsidised nature of TTCC, we seek client partners’ kind understanding that we will still charge a minimum of 12 x $19 (total of $228) per Trail even if there are drop-outs and there are less than 12 participants on the day itself. 

  2. Our usual Cancellation and Refund Policy also applies to our TTCC. We urge client partners to consider a deposit route where you are entitled to one (1) major amendment request at no extra charges. 
    a. Else, administrative amendment fees at $4 per participant ($48 total) apply to each amendment request (e.g. change of date etc.), plus any external expenses incurred from the result of the change

  3. In the event that Skillseed has to postpone or change our Guides (due to unforeseen circumstances), we will inform our client partners as soon as possible, and will bear any rearrangement costs on our end, at no extra charge to client partners. 

  4. As this is a project funded by the National Youth Fund (NYF), we seek client partners’ kind understanding that we will need to collect some basic information from youths during the pre and post -programme survey to ascertain that we meet the objectives of NYF’s grant call. These include: 

    a. Full Name
    b. Nationality
    c. Race
    d. Main Occupational Status (select from drop-down list)
    e. Employer/School
    f. Age
    g. Email Address
    h. Contact Number
    i. Consent to be contacted by National Youth Council (Yes/No)

  5. We will also require client partners’ support in ensuring that all participants complete the pre and post-programme survey 

  6. We assure client partners that all information collected will only be used to meet the requirements of the NYF grant
